I’m Phillip Rogers — an AI engineering leader and applied scientist with 15+ years bridging frontier research and enterprise-scale production. I work on agentic AI, LLM orchestration, ModelOps, and predictive analytics in regulated domains (healthcare, government). My PhD is in Nanoscale Science and Engineering.

I currently lead AI engineering at Alignment Healthcare, building the infrastructure, governance, and team that turn clinical data into reliable, auditable AI products. Previously I led data science at Clarify Health, architected document-intelligence systems at EY, and did postdoctoral research at NIST.
